project – with additional work quoted as required. You only pay for what you need
to successfully complete the project. Project briefs, budgets' timelines for delivery
are agreed upfront and tracked and monitored thoroughly.

Our recent partnership with Gen-i saw us project managing the delivery of a new
business development including an alternative infrastructure framework in NZ, which
would substantially differentiate the company in the marketplace. This delivered
an end customer solution providing full visibility of an organization's supply
chain or assets through a relatively new range of technology solutions which can
provide tangible ROI benefits for their end customers. As you can imagine, this
involved a lot of strategy, communication, change management, process re-engineering,
process mapping, business analysis, customer research and capability analysis. These
are the types of expertise we can bring to bear on your project depending on the
significance of the change and the business outcomes.
